Fisherman Turtleneck in Moss
McGeorge is a knitwear maker from Scotland with an incredible history spanning from 1881. They also happen to be the actual creators of the Shawl Cardigan we also sell that was commissioned and worn by Steve McQueen.
They are also responsible for creating the Fisherman Sweater worn by Steve McQueen, that is now so recognisable. This is the same sweater, with an Aran knit pattern but with a turtleneck, and made from a blend of the finest Gauge 3, 6 Ply wool and Cashmere.
The sweater has an incredibly soft hand, and is made to the highest standards still in Scotland.

This sweater fits a little large according to the Italian sizing scheme. The sizes correspond to the following:
Size 48 - Small
Size 50 - Medium
Size 52 - Large
Size 54 - X Large
Size 56 - 2X Large
Jonathan the store owner is 182cm (6'), chest 104cm (41") and 74kg and he takes a size 50 in this sweater. He is usually a Medium in most other brands.
Shipping
We ship to the US every day so it's important for us to make ordering with us as easy as possible.
We ship from Italy, and the flat rate cost to the US is €28 - that's around $30.
It will take between 6-9 days to get to you and we use Fedex most of the time.
Returns
Occasionally an item doesn't work out and needs to be returned - we don't offer free return shipping from the US, however we hear from our customers that sending with USPS is the by far the best option for price, speedy delivery and fast clearance through customs.
If you need to exchange an item, we'll send the exchange back to you for free.
