We always aim to ship all orders on the same day they are placed.  Orders placed after 1pm are typically shipped the following day.  Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification, along with details on how to track the shipment.

Express shipping is available for EU deliveries - it takes 1-2 Working Days and costs €20.

Returns ARE FREE in the European Union.

Returns are NOT FREE outside the European Union

Please Remember

  • You have 30 days from the date of your order shipping to return an item.  
  • Shipping costs are not refunded with returned goods
  • If you return an item and request an exchange, shipping of the new item is free
